| I, the undersigned, acting as the legal guardian of the student _____________________________, of nationality _______________, hereby acknowledge that by signing the enrollment application for the aforementioned student at Children’s World International Schools in Jeddah, I fully agree to and undertake the following commitments: | أقر أنا الموقع عليه أدناه بصفتي ولي أمر ( الطالب/الطالبة )/ ………………………………………………………….. الجنسية/ ……………………. ، أنه بموجب توقيعي على طلب التسجيل الدراسي للطالب/الطالبــة المذكور/المذكورة أعلاه بمدارس عالم الصغار العالمية في جدة أكون قد اتفقت والتزمت مع إدارة المدرسة التزاماً تاماً بما يلي |
| 1. Tuition Payment: I agree to pay all tuition fees for the full academic year on the designated due dates without delay. In the event of non-payment, the school reserves the right to withhold all certificates and academic records of the student until full payment and financial clearance are completed, in accordance with Ministry of Education Circular No. (36500567) dated 01/02/1436 AH, and Circular No. (36420639) dated 19/02/1436 AH. |
1. سداد كافة الرسوم الدراسية المستحقة عن كامل العام الدراسي وذلك في مواعيد استحقاقها دون تأخير ، وفي حال إخلالي بذلك فإن لمدارس عالم الصغار العالمية كامل الحق في حجز كافة الشهادات والوثائق كاملة للطالب/الطالبة المذكور أعلاه حجزاً سارياً ومستمراً لحين التزامي بسداد كافة الرسوم الدراسية المستحقة وإتمام المخالصة المالية مع المدرسة ذاتها وفقا لتعاميم وزارة التعليم : ذات الرقم (36500567) بتاريخ 01/02/1436 هـ المبني على التعميم ذي الرقم (36420639) بتاريخ 19/02/1436 هـ. |
| 2. Refund Policy: I acknowledge and accept that all payments made to the school are non-refundable in full or in part under any circumstances, except in the sole case of relocation outside the city of Jeddah, supported by official documentation. Additionally, fees are non-transferable between student accounts. | 2. أقرّ بعلمي المسبق وقبولي التام بكل ما جاء في هذا العقد وبأن كافة المبالغ المدفوعة لمدارس عالم الصغار العالمية غير قابلة للاسترداد كلياً او جزئياً لأي سبب من الأسباب إلاَّ في حالة واحدة فقط ألا وهي ( إثبات مغادرة مدينة جدة ) وأنها غير قابلة للتحويل من حساب طالب لآخر . |
| 3. Withdrawal During the Academic Year: In the event that I choose to withdraw my child from the school during the academic year, I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the payment of all outstanding fees for the entire term. This obligation serves as contractual compensation for the seat that was reserved for my child for the full academic year. Accordingly, I expressly waive any right to request or claim a refund of fees already paid to the school. | 3. وفي حال رغبتي بإلغاء قيد ابني/ابنتي في مدارس عالم الصغار العالمية (خلال سريان العام الدراسي) فإنني ألتزم التزاماً تاماً بسداد المتبقي من الرسوم الدراسية للمدرسة ذاتها عن كامل الفصل الدراسي ذاته وذلك كتعويض إتفاقي للمدرسة ذاتها لأنه قد تم حجز مقعد لابني/ابنتي عن كامل العام الدراسي مسبقاً وبذلك لا يحق لي مطالبة المدرسة بأي مبالغ مدفوعة . |
| 4. Contract Renewal: This contract shall remain valid and renew automatically unless the student is officially withdrawn. Any financial updates will be communicated via the guardian’s registered email. | 4. يعتبر هذا العقد سارياً ويُجدد تلقائياً في حال عدم سحب الطالب/الطالبة وفي حال استجدت أي أمور مالية سيتم إرسال رسالة على البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بولي أمر الطالب/ الطالبة . |
| 5. School Policies: I agree to comply with all school policies, including any future changes implemented by the school administration. | 5. الالتزام بسياسات المدرسة المطبقة والتغييرات المحتملة والمستجدات التي تعتمدها إدارة مدارس عالم الصغار العالمية . |
| 6. Information Updates: I commit to updating all guardian contact information and legal papers (Passport, ID, and Iqama renewals) at the beginning of each academic term. | 6. تحديث جميع المعلومات والبيانات المتعلقة بمعلومات الاتصال بولي الأمر أو من ينوب عنه في بداية كل فصل دراسي . |
| 7. Attendance Policy: Students are expected to comply fully with the official school hours as established by the Ministry of Education and the school’s administrative guidelines. Any student arriving after 7:30 a.m. will be required to enter the campus through Gate 1, as all other gates will be closed at that time. Late arrivals must obtain authorization from the Section Principal prior to joining their class. Punctuality and regular attendance are essential to academic success. Instances of tardiness or unexcused absences will be addressed in accordance with the school’s disciplinary procedures and may result in academic penalties, including grade deductions, as per the Ministry of Education’s regulations. | 7. وجوب التزام الطالب/الطالبة بأوقات الدوام المدرسي المعتمدة من قِبل وزارة التعليم وإدارة مدارس عالم الصغار العالمية والالتزام بالزيّ المدرسي مع الالتزام بارتداء العباءة دخولاً وخروجاً من المدرسة وذلك من الصف السادس الابتدائي إلى الصف الثاني عشر، وفي حال الغياب والتأخير صباحاً ستتخذ المدرسة الإجراءات المناسبة والموافقة لقوانين وزارة التعليم |
| 8. Uniform Policy/Dress Code: Wearing the school uniform is mandatory. Female students from Grade 6 to Grade 12 must wear an abaya when entering and leaving the school. |

| 9. Registration Fees: Registration fees for returning and new students are deducted from the first installment and are non-refundable, except in the event of relocation outside Jeddah, with valid official documentation. | 9. رسوم التسجيل للعام الدراسي الجديد لطلاب/طالبات المدرسة وللطلاب / الطالبات المستجدين تُخصم من القسط الأول ولا تُسترد إلاَّ في حال مغادرة الطالب / الطالبة مدينة ( جدة ) مع إثبات ذلك بأوراق رسمية . |
| 10. Extracurricular Activities: Additional charges apply for extracurricular trips and activities, depending on the nature of the event. | 10. الرحلات والأنشطة الَّلامنهجيّة برسوم إضافية تُحدّد حسب نوع النشاط . |
| 11. Sibling Discount:
a. 5% discount for 2 siblings b. 10% discount for 3–4 siblings c. 15% discount for 5 or more siblings |
11. خصم الإخوة: (5%) عدد (2) إخوة، (10%) عدد (3،4) إخوة، (15%) عدد (5) إخوة ؛ وسيتم الخصم الخاص بالأخوة من القسط الثاني . |
| 12. Additional Discounts: A 5% discount will be applied in the following cases:
a. Full payment of annual tuition within two weeks of the start of the academic year. b. Enrollment of a new student based on a referral and initiated by the parent or guardian will apply to the first year of enrollment only. This provision is limited to the initial academic year and is not applicable in subsequent years |
12. يطبق خصم إضافي بقيمة 5 % في الحالات التالية a. دفع كامل القسط في مدة لا تتعدى أسبوعين من تاريخ بدء الدراسة . b. في حال تسجيل طالب / طالبة جديدة من طرفكم. |
| 13. Value-Added Tax (VAT):
a. Saudi students: VAT applies to books and uniforms in the first installment. b. Non-Saudi students: VAT applies to the entire tuition amount. |
13. تضاف ضريبة القيمة المضافة a. الطلاب السعوديين – للكتب والزي المدرسي في القسط الأول . b. الطلاب الغير سعوديين – على كامل القسط . |
| 14. Fee Adjustments: Tuition fees and other related charges are subject to change based on school or regulatory developments. | 14. الأقساط الدراسية وأي مصروفات أخرى قابلة للتغيير حسب المستجدات . |
| 15. Installment Schedule: Tuition must be paid according to the specified dates listed in the school’s fee schedule for each grade level. | 15. دفع الأقساط الدراسية يتم حسب التواريخ المحددة المرفقة في جدول الأقساط الدراسية لكل مرحلة . |
| 16. Tuition Inclusions: Tuition includes textbooks, workbooks, handouts, and the school uniform. | 16. يتضمن القسط المدرسي ( الكتب الدراسية وكتب التدريبات والملازم و والزي المدرسي ) |
| 17. Student Devices: Each student, grades 3 through 12, is required to use a personal Chromebook device without a data SIM for all grade levels. The student is fully responsible for the safety of the device while on school premises. (The device can be purchased through the school at a special rate.) | 17. يستخدم الطالب/الطالبة جهاز خاص به ( Chrome book ) فقط بدون شريحة بيانات لجميع المراحل ، ويكون الطالب/الطالبة مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن سلامة الجهاز أثناء تواجده في المدرسة . | Acknowledgment and Undertaking
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have carefully read, fully understood, and expressly agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth above. I further acknowledge that these terms are legally binding upon all parties involved. Accordingly, I undertake to comply with and fulfill all obligations stipulated therein without exception.

| Dear Parent/Guardian,
Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you, With reference to Circular No. (3965868), dated 12/01/1439 AH, issued by the Director General of Education in Jeddah Governorate, regarding the requirement for a formal contract between the school and the parent/guardian, and considering previous disputes observed between private/international schools and parents, this step aims to prevent any future misunderstandings that could disrupt the educational process. Enclosed is the official agreement between Children’s World School and the parent/guardian. We kindly request that you review the contract thoroughly and sign in the designated space upon agreement. Please be advised that this contract is to be renewed annually in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education. Should the parent/guardian not sign the contract in any given year, the contract will remain valid and will be automatically renewed. We appreciate your attention to this matter and your continued cooperation. |

بالإشارة إلى تعميم معالي مدير عام التعليم بمحافظة جدة رقم ( 3965868 ) وتاريخ 12/1/1439هـ بشأن : إبرام عقد بين المدرسة وولي أمر الطالب/الطالبة ، وذلك لما تم رصده من خلافات بين المدارس الأهلية والأجنبية وبين أولياء الأمور ، ولتجنُّب أي خلافات مستقبليَّة من شأنها أن تؤثِّر على سير العملية التعليمية . مرفق لكم العقد المبرم بين ولي الأمر ومدارس عالم الصغار العالمية ، نأمل منكم التكرم بالتوقيع في المكان المخصص بعد قراءته ، حيث سيُجدد العقد سنوياً بين ولي الأمر والمدرسة بناءً على تعليمات وزارة التعليم .. وفي حال عدم توقيع ولي الأمر على العقد سنويَّاً ، يعتبر هذا العقد سارياً ويُجدد تلقائيَّاً .. |
