School Fees and Payment Policy

• Registration Fee:
  The registration fee for the upcoming academic year or for newly enrolled students is SAR 2,000. This amount will be deducted from the first installment. It is non-refundable, except in cases where the student relocates outside the city of Jeddah, provided that official documentation is submitted as proof.
• Value-Added Tax (VAT):
  • Non-Saudi Students: VAT is applicable on the full tuition amount.
• Discounts:
  • 5% discount for full upfront payment of the annual tuition fee.
  • 5% referral discount if the student is registered upon the recommendation of a currently enrolled student.
• Admission Test Fee for New Students:
  • For Kindergarten stage, the admission test fee is SAR 287.5 (VAT inclusive).
• Payment Deadlines:
  School fees are payable on the due dates specified in the payment schedule
• Sibling Discounts:
  • 2 siblings enrolled: 5% discount
  • 3–4 siblings enrolled: 10% discount
  • 5 or more siblings enrolled: 15% discount
    These discounts apply to the full academic year (both semesters).
• Optional Uniform Fees:
  • Additional uniform (without jacket): SAR 5 (VAT inclusive)
  • Kindergarten sports uniform: SAR 5 (VAT inclusive)
• Tuition Installments and Due Dates:
  These are subject to change based on the Ministry of Education’s academic calendar and updated regulations.

Registration Fee:
A non-refundable fee of SAR 2,000 is required for both new and returning students. This amount will be deducted from the first tuition installment and is only refundable in cases of verified relocation outside the city of Jeddah, supported by official documentation.

Value-Added Tax (VAT):

• Saudi Nationals: VAT applies only to books and school uniforms, charged with the first installment.
• Non-Saudi Nationals: VAT applies to the entire tuition fee.

Early Payment and Referral Discount (5%):
A 5% discount will be granted under the following conditions:

1. Full annual tuition is paid within two weeks from the official start date of the academic year.
2. A new student is enrolled through a referral from an existing parent or guardian.

Admission Assessment Fee (for New Students):
Applicable to all academic stages (Elementary, Middle, and High School): SAR 402.5 (inclusive of VAT)

Tuition Payment Deadlines:
All tuition fees must be settled according to the official payment schedule published by the school.

Sibling Discount: Discounts are valid for the entire academic year (two semesters)

• 2 siblings enrolled: 5% discount
• 3–4 siblings enrolled: 10% discount
• 5 or more siblings enrolled: 15% discount

Optional Uniform Items

• Standard uniform (excluding jacket): SAR 379.5 (including VAT)
• Sports uniform: SAR 201.25 (including VAT)
• Jacket: SAR 201.25 (including VAT)

Tuition Adjustments:
Tuition amounts and payment schedules are subject to change upon the release of the official academic plan by the Ministry of Education.

Tuition Inclusions:
The tuition fee covers all textbooks, workbooks, and supplementary academic materials provided throughout the school year.

Student Device Policy:
Students are required to bring a personal Chromebook (Wi-Fi enabled only; SIM cards are not permitted). Students are fully responsible for the care and condition of their device while on campus. Chromebooks can be obtained through the school at a special discounted rate

رسوم التسجيل للعام الجديد أو الطلاب المستجدين ( 2000 ريال ) تُخصم من القسط الأول ولا تُسترد إلا في حالة مغادرة ( الطالب / الطالبة ) مدينة جدة

مع إثبات ذلك بأوراق رسمية .

تضاف ضريبة القيمة المضافة  1- الطلاب السعوديين – للكتب والزي المدرسي تدفع مع  القسط الأول ، ويتم تحدد أسعار الكتب حسب الصف الدراسي  .

                                                           2-  الطلاب غير السعوديين – على كامل القسط .

يطبق خصم إضافي بقيمة 5 % في الحالات التالية  1-  دفع كامل القسط في مدة لا تتعدى أسبوعين من تاريخ بدء الدراسة .

    2- في حال تسجيل طالب / طالبة  جديدة  من طرفكم ، ويكون الخصم لعام دراسي واحد .

رسوم اختبار القبول للطلاب / طالبات المستجدين : * المراحل الثلاث ( ابتدائي / متوسط / ثانوي ) 402,5)  ريالاً شامل الضريبة )  .

يُستحق دفع الرسوم المدرسية في التواريخ المحددة أعلاه في الجدول .

الخصم للأخوات(عدد 2 اخوان بنسبة  5 %) – (عدد 3-4 أخوان  بنسبة 10% )  – (عدد 5 أخوان بنسبة  15%) عن سنة كاملة ويتم الخصم من القسط الثاني  .  

الزي الإضافي بدون جاكيت في حال الرغبة في الشراء/1- الزي المدرسي ( 379,5 ريالاً شامل الضريبة ) . 2- الزي الرياضي ( 201,25ريالاً شامل الضريبة )

. 3- الجاكيت ( 201,25ريالاً شامل الضريبة ) .

الأقساط وتواريخ الاستحقاق قابله للتغيير مع إعلان خطة الوزارة للعام الدراسي الجديد .

يتضمن القسط المدرسي ( الكتب الدراسية وكتب التدريبات والملازم ) .

يستخدم الطالب/الطالبة من ” الصف الثالث الابتدائي الى الصف الثاني عشر ” جهازاً خاصاً به ( Chrome book ) فقط بدون شريحة بيانات ، ويكون الطالب/الطالبة

مسؤولاً مسؤولية كاملة عن سلامة الجهاز أثناء تواجده في المدرسة . ( يتم توفير الجهاز عن طريق المدرسة بسعر خاص )
